Nomination Period Extended for Regional Innovators
in-cosmetics Asia has extended the nomination deadline for its 9 Faces of the APAC Beauty Industry Awards 2026 to Monday, September 14. These awards, supported by Personal Care Magazine, are now in their third year. They aim to recognize innovators and individuals based in the Asia Pacific region who are significantly advancing the beauty industry.
Past honorees include Martha Tilaar, a notable Indonesian beauty entrepreneur, and Hou Juncheng, founder of Proya Cosmetics, a major Chinese beauty brand. An in-cosmetics Asia spokeswoman explained that the awards provide deserving individuals with recognition, and the extension offers more time for nominations.
The program seeks to highlight those influencing product development, challenging industry conventions, or driving the industry in new directions.
Eligibility and Winner Benefits Detailed
Nominees must be based in the Asia Pacific region, irrespective of their nationality. Self-nominations are not permitted, and individuals who have won previously are ineligible for these awards. The official nomination form is accessible via the in-cosmetics Asia website.
Winners will receive an invitation to the in-cosmetics Asia awards ceremony, which will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 3. During this event, honorees will be presented with a trophy and an official, signed certificate.
Beyond the formal acknowledgment, winning individuals gain opportunities to connect with key industry leaders and expand their professional networks throughout the show.
Platform for Asia Pacific Beauty Industry Recognition
A 9 Faces award also confers substantial visibility for recipients' industry achievements. Winners will gain global exposure across in-cosmetics Asia's various digital platforms, including its website, social media channels, and newsletters. These platforms collectively reach a network of over 160,000 industry professionals.
Additionally, Personal Care Magazine, a key supporter of the awards, will feature winners across its own magazine, website, newsletters, and social media channels.
For beauty professionals and companies operating in the Asia Pacific market, these awards represent a significant platform to showcase regional talent and innovation, fostering crucial industry connections and elevating professional profiles within the broader global beauty economy.
