His contributions include authoring over 20 publications and patents in the field. Conrad also played a crucial role in the IFSCC, serving as its President in 1967 and working to expand its global membership across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
The Lester Conrad Award was established in 1980 to recognize member societies that show outstanding commitment to developing scientific activities in cosmetic science.
