Kenneth Benaim Campbell Named Oriflame CEO
Oriflame, the Swedish-founded beauty company, has appointed Kenneth Benaim Campbell as its new Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Anna Malmhake, who steps down after three years.

Oriflame Appoints New CEO
Oriflame, the beauty company established in Sweden in 1967, announced Kenneth Benaim Campbell as its new Chief Executive Officer today. Mr. Benaim Campbell takes over from Anna Malmhake, who departs after a three-year term as CEO and President.
During her leadership, Ms. Malmhake oversaw the completion of Oriflame's recapitalization and launched the company's transformation strategy. This leadership change comes as Oriflame continues to operate its social selling model across more than 60 markets, offering a range of beauty and wellbeing products. The appointment is effective immediately, marking a new phase for the global direct-selling player.
Campbell's Extensive Industry Experience
Mr. Benaim Campbell brings more than 30 years of international management experience to Oriflame. This includes 27 years spent at L'Oréal, where he held senior positions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
During his extensive tenure at L'Oréal, he managed businesses in both established and high-growth markets, demonstrating a broad understanding of diverse consumer landscapes. Most recently, he served as President for Europe and North America at Lipton Teas & Infusions.
In that role, he was responsible for overseeing a major transformation and growth phase within the global beverage business. His background in both beauty and broader consumer goods positions him to lead Oriflame's global operations and strategic direction.
Implications for Oriflame and Asia
Mr. Benaim Campbell's significant experience in Asia with L'Oréal reveals a strategic fit for Oriflame, which operates its social selling model across more than 60 markets globally. His prior leadership in high-growth Asian markets could inform future regional strategies for Oriflame's portfolio of beauty and wellbeing products.
For Asian beauty executives, this appointment signals a new leadership perspective at a global direct-selling player. Companies monitoring shifts in market penetration strategies, particularly in emerging Asian economies, may observe Oriflame's direction under new leadership.
The company's established presence and social selling framework represent a distinct competitive landscape within the region, where direct sales models continue to evolve. This change could influence how Oriflame approaches market development and consumer engagement in key Asian territories.
