Humedix Hosts Second Brazil Medical Exchange for Dermal Fillers
The Korean aesthetic firm, a Huons Group subsidiary, brought Brazilian medical professionals to its Pangyo headquarters on October 28 to review scientific data and manufacturing processes for its Rennova HA fillers.

Humedix Strengthens Brazil Partnerships
Humedix, the aesthetic arm of Korea's Huons Group, recently concluded its second annual "ACE (Aesthetic Confidence with Evidence)" academic exchange program. The event, held on October 28 at the company's Pangyo headquarters in Gyeonggi Province, welcomed Brazilian medical professionals and executives from INNOVA Pharma, Humedix's distribution partner in Brazil.
This marks the second consecutive year Humedix has hosted a delegation from Brazil, following an initial visit to its facilities in October 2025. The program aims to foster confidence in Humedix's dermal fillers among key opinion leaders and partners in the Brazilian market.
Deep Dive into Manufacturing and Science
Under the theme "Where Confidence Begins," the program offered attendees a detailed look into the clinical foundations of Humedix's dermal fillers. Participants engaged in seven distinct programs across the company's Jecheon manufacturing plant and Pangyo headquarters.
While the 2025 event focused on general introductions and plant tours, this year's agenda broadened to include dedicated scientific data sessions and peer-to-peer clinical discussions alongside the manufacturing facility visits.
Medical professionals inspected advanced production operations and reviewed technical evidence specifically for Rennova, Humedix’s hyaluronic acid (HA) filler brand approved and sold in Brazil.
CEO Emphasizes Quality and Market Trust
Kang Min-jong, CEO of Humedix, stated that the 2026 ACE program was designed to offer Brazilian medical professionals direct insight into the origins of Humedix's quality. This included exposure to the company's manufacturing plants, scientific datasets, and clinical environments.
He added that Humedix, in collaboration with INNOVA Pharma, is committed to building long-term trust in the Brazilian market. This involves serving as an academic and scientific partner, extending beyond simply supplying products to the region.
Latin American Expansion for Korean Aesthetics
Humedix is actively working to increase its dermal filler exports across Latin American markets, including Brazil. The company plans to continue these academic exchange initiatives for local healthcare professionals, working closely with its regional distributors.
For Asian beauty companies, this strategy highlights the importance of direct engagement and scientific transparency when entering or expanding in new international markets. Building trust through educational programs and demonstrating product quality can be a key factor in securing long-term market presence, particularly in the professional aesthetics sector.
