Puig's Q3 2026 Financial Performance

Puig achieved record net revenues of €1.39 billion for the third quarter of 2026. This represents a 5.6% increase on a like-for-like basis and 7.2% on a reported basis. The company attributed this strong performance to significant sales in make-up and niche fragrances, alongside robust expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.

For the first nine months of 2026, Puig's net revenues reached €3.75 billion, showing a 4.8% like-for-like growth and 4.1% on a reported basis. The company confirmed its full-year projections, anticipating it will surpass the broader premium beauty market while maintaining stable adjusted EBITDA margins.

Category-Specific Sales Results

Make-up emerged as Puig's fastest-growing business segment, with third-quarter sales climbing 16.1% like for like to €270 million. Innovations from the Charlotte Tilbury brand were a key contributor to this growth. Revenues for the Fragrance and Fashion division increased 3.9% to €986 million, boosted by brands such as Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier.

In contrast, the skincare segment saw a slight decline of 0.8% on a like-for-like basis during the quarter. However, dermo-cosmetics, particularly through the Uriage brand, sustained double-digit growth.

Asia-Pacific Leads Regional Growth

The Asia-Pacific market delivered the strongest regional performance for Puig, recording a 12.9% like-for-like growth in the third quarter of 2026. This growth shows the region's increasing importance to Puig's international expansion strategy and its efforts to diversify its beauty product portfolio.

The results suggest varying consumer demand across different beauty categories, with make-up and niche fragrances driving premium beauty sales more effectively than prestige skincare in certain markets.

Implications for Asia's Beauty Market

Puig's significant 12.9% growth in Asia-Pacific signals the region's continued appeal for global premium beauty brands. Asian beauty companies, particularly those in make-up and dermo-cosmetics, can expect increased competition and opportunities as international players intensify their focus on these categories.

The strong performance of brands like Charlotte Tilbury and Uriage in specific segments may guide product development and marketing strategies for local brands aiming to capture premium market share in 2027. This trend also reinforces Asia-Pacific's role as a critical market for product diversification and revenue expansion within the global beauty economy.
