SID MEDICOS LemonBottle Studies Detail Skin Benefits, Low Irritation
Clinical trials conducted by OATC Skin Clinical Trials Centre confirmed improvements in cellulite appearance, hydration, and radiance across three LemonBottle products, with two also showing low irritation potential.

LemonBottle Products Show Specific Skin Gains
South Korean beauty and aesthetics firm SID MEDICOS has finalized clinical studies for three core products within its LemonBottle brand. These studies, carried out by the OATC Skin Clinical Trials Centre, evaluated Ampoule Solution, Skin Booster, and REBOOT. Findings from the trials revealed specific skin improvements and a low irritation potential for the tested products.
The company stated that these studies objectively demonstrate the efficacy of each LemonBottle product, aligning with its intended use and characteristics. SID MEDICOS aims to continue building scientific evidence through ongoing research, development, and clinical studies, expanding a product portfolio for global consumers and beauty professionals.
Ampoule Solution Targets Cellulite Appearance
The Ampoule Solution product demonstrated statistically significant improvements in parameters related to cellulite appearance.
After four weeks of use with an MTS roller, the study, which involved 33 women aged 20 to 50, showed decreases in skin surface roughness, the length of the boundary between the dermis and subcutaneous fat layer, and cellulite grades based on expert visual assessment. These results were compared to baseline measurements of the thigh area.
Separately, Skin Booster, when used with an MTS roller, increased skin hydration by 45.44% and radiance by 17.78% after three days. This product also showed statistically significant improvements across seven skin parameters, including brightness, density, elasticity, and reductions in roughness and fine lines around the eyes.
REBOOT Improves Hydration and Reduces Redness
The REBOOT product also showed significant improvements when applied with an MTS roller. After a three-day period, skin hydration increased by 71.17%, and radiance improved by 27.82%. Additionally, redness decreased by 7.51% and skin roughness by 9.24%.
Statistically significant improvements were confirmed across seven parameters for REBOOT, encompassing skin brightness, density, and elasticity. Beyond efficacy, the studies also assessed the irritation potential of Skin Booster and REBOOT.
Patch tests on 30 adults with normal skin and 34 adults with sensitive skin classified both products as low irritation, recording a skin irritation index of 0.00 for both normal and sensitive skin types.
