Classys Names Bae Jung-hee CCO, Targets $1 Billion Revenue by 2030
The Korean medical aesthetics device maker aims to restructure global sales and marketing under the former Bain & Company partner, who will focus on international market expansion.

New Commercial Leadership for Global Growth
Classys, a medical aesthetics device manufacturer based in Korea, has appointed Bae Jung-hee as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This strategic move supports the company's ambition to achieve $1 billion in annual revenue by 2030. Bae, a former partner at Bain & Company, will also serve as Executive Vice President and lead the newly established Go-to-Market (GTM) Center.
Classys currently generates approximately 76 percent of its revenue from overseas markets, indicating a strong focus on international sales.
Organizational Restructuring Underpins Strategy
The appointment of Bae Jung-hee is part of a broader organizational restructuring initiated after CEO Yoon Jun-oh took office in July. This overhaul integrates Classys's marketing, domestic sales, and international sales divisions under the GTM Center, creating a unified commercial organization.
Bae's responsibilities include coordinating product launches, branding initiatives, market positioning, and sales strategies across all regions. The company plans to expand its presence significantly in the Americas, China, and Europe, while also maintaining its market position in Korea.
Experience in Digital and Market Expansion
Bae Jung-hee brings extensive experience in international market expansion and digital strategy from her tenure at Bain & Company, where she notably led the firm's AI and digital strategy practice. Her background complements the expertise of CEO Yoon Jun-oh, who previously focused on mergers, acquisitions, and portfolio strategy at Samsung Group.
Chief Technology Officer Kim Taek-soo, a Stanford University doctorate holder, also contributes to the leadership team.
Classys intends to use data and AI technologies to improve its sales and marketing operations, leveraging its range of energy-based aesthetic devices, including the Shurink Universe HIFU system, Volnewmer monopolar RF device, and Quadsey microneedling RF system.
Implications for Asia's Medical Aesthetics Sector
CEO Yoon Jun-oh stated that the new commercial structure will help Classys coordinate its international operations more effectively, aiming to bring its technologies and products to global customers faster. Bae Jung-hee's immediate priority involves visiting key markets to engage with customers and medical institutions directly.
For Asia's beauty economy, this strategic push by a prominent Korean medical aesthetics device maker shows a clear intent to deepen market penetration globally.
Asian distributors and clinic chains seeking advanced aesthetic devices may anticipate more direct engagement and tailored product offerings from Classys in the coming years as the company accelerates its expansion efforts.
