In-cosmetics Asia 2026 Spotlights Skin Longevity Formulations
The November event in Bangkok will feature over 770 exhibitors and explore new approaches to prevention, resilience, and skin homeostasis in beauty products.

Bangkok Event to Focus on Skin Longevity
In-cosmetics Asia 2026 will take place in Bangkok from November 3–5, with a primary focus on skin longevity. The trade show offers beauty industry professionals an opportunity to evaluate various scientific principles, ingredients, and formulation techniques emerging in this category.
The event, held at BITEC, Bangkok, is set to gather more than 770 exhibitors, alongside speakers from major companies such as L’Oréal, Unilever, P&G, Euromonitor International, and the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC).
Attendees will access insights from over 800 research papers and test new formulations across skin longevity, multisensory beauty, and fragrance.
Expert Insights on Longevity Science
Key industry figures will present their research on skin longevity. Rodrigo De Vecchi, Research Director at L’Oréal Research & Innovation, is scheduled to discuss “The Longevity Revolution: From Medical Science to the Future of Beauty” in the Marketing Trends Theatre.
Separately, Reza Jahangiri, R&D Manager and PhD Candidate in Medical Biotechnology at Complife Group, will examine a three-layer strategy for protection, resilience, and overall wellbeing during the Technical Seminars.
These sessions aim to provide a deeper understanding of prevention, resilience, and skin homeostasis, which are central to the evolving concept of beauty longevity.
Ingredient Innovations and Practical Workshops
Ingredient suppliers will display their latest developments in longevity-focused formulations. Bloomage plans to demonstrate how its Bioyouth-SPG Schizophyllan Gel addresses skin homeostasis. Lucas Meyer Cosmetics by Clariant will introduce its LightYears concept, designed to support longevity through the skin’s biological pathways.
Sethic will highlight microbiome-focused ingredients created using fermentation processes. Additionally, the Formulation Lab, sponsored by Personal Care Magazine, will host live demonstrations. These include Ephyla’s work on barrier-care formulas with NSL Biomimetic Pickering Technology and IMCD’s presentation of high-naturality longevity skincare produced via a cold process.
What This Means for Asian Brands and Formulators
The strong emphasis on skin longevity at in-cosmetics Asia 2026 reflects a growing consumer trend, particularly in the Asian market. Mintel data indicates that 72% of Gen Z consumers in Thailand prioritize proactive measures to protect their skin’s future appearance. This interest is driving new discussions among brands and formulators about long-term skin health.
The event provides a crucial platform for Asian beauty companies to compare diverse scientific routes and ingredient technologies. By evaluating these varied approaches, formulators can develop new products that effectively meet the evolving demand for longevity-focused skincare, as noted by Sarah Gibson, event director at in-cosmetics Asia.
